A dark brown oily liquid with a pungent odor and corrosiveness; flammable and slightly soluble in water.
Main Application:
Dithiophosphate 25 functions as both a collector and frother. It is an effective collector for sulfide ores of lead, copper, and silver, as well as for
activated zinc sulfide ores. It is commonly used in the selective flotation separation of lead and zinc. In alkaline circuits, it exhibits weak
collecting power for pyrite and other sulfide ores. However, in neutral or acidic media, it serves as a strong, non-selective collector for all
sulfide ores. Under specific conditions, it also demonstrates some collecting effect on heavy metal oxide ores. Since it is only slightly soluble in
water, it must be added in its original form directly into the conditioning tank or ball mill.
